We are hiring for a freelance recruiter who can work on a commission basis (Revenue Sharing Model).
Should have their own laptop, Mobile Phone and High speed internet connection.
Willing to work at least 5 - 6 hours a day, for better earning.
Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Negotiating, Scheduling.
Good in Sourcing/Screening candidates from database/Portal (Naukri. com/Shine.com)
Good in English is must and Strong in follow up skills
Must have good experience in IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
